Can They Be Serious?
I've got a feeling some of the realtors are just plain having fun coming up with their blurbs. This one is advertised as "beautiful late 1930s architecture"!

Anyway, I think that they meant the surrounding architecture, as in "the view from the balcony"

Ty kočičí hlavy před domem a ten provoz na nich by mi asi vadil víc. Jinak až se ten dům opět hodí do gala, bude fakt pěknej!
Late 1930´s architecture was quite awful. Bud there is many people who likes it.

yeah, we're all so smart and know-it-all. Did you see the interior of this house ? Have you ever been to an exhibition to see how these houses look like when tended properly ? What do you compare with ? Or are you all just short sighted people who claim "panelak", just because the walls are straight and windows rectangular ?

to anonymous: well the flat is furnished with rather distasteful style, yet the scheme of the rooms is well designed; i can't argue, i've only been to one, well preserved, a friend of mine, an artist lived there.. I'd rather reject the flat for the cobblestones outside than for labeling it "hnus"... :)
