In 2002, Czech Republic experienced rather unpleasant floods. Right now, it's happening again (although it's not so dramatic so far). This was shot yesterday in Prague:

I always wondered why Pink Floyd sang "We don't need no education"... is it only because it rhymes better when there is the extra "no" or does this have something to do with the topic of the song (they don't need education => they are stupid => they don't know grammar).
"We don't need no education/water" simply means "We don't need any education/water". Although it's not the right grammar, it's been used for many, many decades, especially if you want to show that the character is not very educated. I remember "We don't need no stinking badges" from some old classic western.
Actually, the title is quoted from "The Roof is on Fire" from Bloodhound Gang.
