This reminds me of German invention which plugs into the electrical outlet at your home and detects/filters out all the radioactivity in the electrical current (which logically must be there if the electricity was generated in a nuclear plant).

The point is that it's completely legal and they're telling you just the truth.
They say something like "After using your filter, you won't be able to detect any electricity coming from a nuclear power plant."
Since there's no way how to find this out even without this "invention", there's nothing wrong with that claim...
